2. Data, purposes and legal bases
The form collects your name or company name, email address and message. Providing these details is voluntary but necessary to submit the form and receive a reply. Please do not send sensitive data or information unrelated to your inquiry.
I process service inquiries to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Other correspondence and technical data are processed for my legitimate interests in answering inquiries, protecting the website and handling legal claims (Article 6(1)(f)). Legally required records are processed under Article 6(1)(c).
3. External services and recipients
Cloudflare provides hosting and file delivery through Cloudflare Pages and CDNJS. Fonts are downloaded from Google Fonts. Resource requests disclose technical information to these providers, such as your IP address, request time, resource address and browser details. See the privacy policies of Cloudflare and Google.
When you submit the form, Web3Forms (Web3Creative) processes its contents and technical data to deliver your message and prevent spam. I receive messages through Google's Gmail service. Web3Forms also uses infrastructure and spam-prevention sub-processors. See the Web3Forms privacy policy and data processing agreement. Authorities may receive data where required by law.
4. Transfers outside the EEA
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States and India. Web3Forms identifies standard contractual clauses as a transfer safeguard. Google and Cloudflare describe their transfer mechanisms, including applicable adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses, in their privacy documentation. 5. Retention
I retain correspondence while handling your inquiry and, where necessary, for the period needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Legally required records are retained for the statutory period. Web3Forms states a maximum submission retention period of three years, unless a shorter period or earlier deletion applies. Providers retain technical data under their policies as necessary to operate and protect their services.
6. Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact the controller to exercise these rights. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (President of UODO), ul. 7. Cookies and automation
This website does not run advertising analytics, marketing pixels or YouTube players. It has no user accounts and does not use profiling or automated decisions producing legal effects. Its code does not store optional cookies or preferences in localStorage. Infrastructure providers may use necessary security mechanisms. The form connects to Web3Forms only when submitted.
